Amelia is Cody’s daughter. Amelia just graduated high school and is going on to college in the fall. Amelia is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Cody and Mark are very proud of her and the woman that she is becoming. Amelia was present at the engagement and is very excited for her mom and thankful to have Mark. Amelia loves traveling and looks forward to visiting the Philippines and many other places with her mom and Mark in the future.

Nell and Cody have known each other since 3rd grade and they both turned 40 this year! Nell has a daughter named Evie who is one! Though they didn’t become good friends until 5th grade in Mrs. Douglas’s class it’s still a very long time to call each other friends! They have literally been through every milestone together, the good, the best, the bad and the ugly. They have both suffered losses of their parents, they have both had big moves, babies (and lots of travels for Nell) but yet they always have each other as a safe place. Nell and Cody have not lived in the same town since they were 18 years old but still remain close and still stay connected. So some things might have changed but they still love to gossip, eat Mexican food, craft and watch crimes shows … so a lot has stayed the same.

Rose and Cody met bartending in Laguna Beach in 2011. Rose and Cody’s friendship has grown and blossomed over the years. Rose has become Cody‘s go to person and support system in California. After Cody lost her Aunt Jackie, Rose filled a lot of voids. Rose became the person that Cody talked to about anything and everything without feeling embarrassed or judged. During the pandemic, they became especially close because they talked all day every day for hours. Cody is very thankful to have Rose and her wisdom and her perspective on things. Cody and Rose also share a passion for plants, animals and wildlife.

Jaselle is Mark niece. Jaselle is the eldest daughter of Marisa (Mark’s younger sister). Jaselle is going into the 8th grade, she loves animals and being outdoors. Jaselle is very close with her Tio Mark. Mark and Cody love spending time with Jaselle from doing the simplest of things like going to the beach to more fun adventures like kayaking and traveling. Cody looks forward to getting to know Jaselle even more and growing their relationship. The couple is very excited to have Jaselle has part of the wedding party!
Soriah Venzor

Soriah is Marks youngest niece also daughter of Marisa (Mark’s younger sister). She is going into the seventh grade and like her sister she is also very close to her Tio Mark. Soriah is funny and very stylish making her the perfect addition to the bridal party. Mark and Cody love spending time with Soriah, from shopping to seeing her load up her yogurtland treats and beach days. The couple enjoys watching her grow and looks forward to future adventures together.
