As February 2022 there are no COVID requirements to enter Colombia. You will need to fill out an immigration form in Colombia's immigration website (Migracion Colombia Check-Mig) 24 hours before your flight departs to Colombia. Please note you will also have to fill out this form before leaving Colombia.
