When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st. We want to celebrate with you, but may not be able to accommodate late RSVPs.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors open at 4:00 PM to allow for you to find a seat and get settled. The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM.

Is there transportation to & from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

If you're staying at The Inn at Bolton Valley, a shuttle will be available to bring you to and from the wedding. Details regarding when and where to catch the shuttle will be provided upon check-in to the inn.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available across the street from The Ponds.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we would love to see your kiddos at our wedding. There will be yard games, s'mores, and dancing to keep the little ones entertained. For anyone who may need to nurse or change a diaper, a comfortable and quiet room will be available. Please be mindful that there is open water on-site.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We want everyone to have fun at our big celebration! If you received an invite addressed to you and a guest, please feel free to bring someone to party with.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding has a cocktail attire dress code. Cocktail attire can be your favorite dress, a button-down and slacks, or a suit. Please refrain from wearing jeans. Because the wedding will be outside (weather permitting), we recommend wearing comfortable shoes such as loafers, flats, or block heeled pumps so you don't sink into the grass! The Friday evening welcome drinks and Sunday brunch are casual. Wear whatever you're comfy in. See the Event Timeline page for more details on each event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely, we want everyone to have something yummy to eat! When you RSVP, you'll be asked if you have any dietary restrictions that we should know about. If you want to follow up with more information, special requests can be emailed directly to dakotaandcody23@gmail.com.

Can I take & post photos of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Our photographer, Jordan, is awesome and has this covered! However, during the reception, please take all the photos you'd like! Don't forget to share them with us :)

Question

Is anyone changing their last name?

Answer

Yes, though not immediately. Dakota will be changing her last name to Lefebvre after returning from the honeymoon in November.
