We have reserved a large venue for the wedding party and close family members. Due to limited space, anyone outside of these groups are encouraged to rent a room at one of the nearby hotels.
Hopefully, Yes. Once I get an idea of how many will be needed, an attempt to block off rooms will be made. Caitlin will follow up mid-February with anyone that has committed to attending. Please make sure to include an up-do-date phone number with your RSVP.
Gifts are not expected, your presence during this time is gift enough for us. Feel free to check out our registry if you wish to do so.
Breakfast, lunch and supper will be provided daily for those staying at the venue. **PLEASE LET CAITLIN KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES!!!** Feel free to bring any additional snacks or food you may want. Note: There is a Wal-Mart 10-15 minutes from the venue.
Check-in: 3:00pm May 14th Check-out: 10:00am May 17th (Times are non-negotiable.)
The majority of the weekend will be very casual, therefore shorts and t-shits are acceptable. For the ceremony, business casual attire is encouraged. (Black tie attire and/or blue jeans are permitted.) Don't forget your bathing suit! There is a pool!
