Flight

Air Travel

United Airlines is the only airline that flies into the Casper airport. You must connect through Denver. Alternatively, you can fly to Denver, rent a vehicle, and drive about four and a half hours to Casper. We recommend that you arrive to town on Friday 10/9.

Travel Note

Air Travel- Important

The Denver International Airport is very large, and getting between gates can take longer than you might expect. We strongly recommend booking flights with AT LEAST a 45-minute connection (longer recommended). There are only a limited number of flights between Denver and Casper each day, so missing a connection could significantly delay your arrival and may even cause you to miss the wedding weekend. Because Casper is a small airport, we recommend arriving about 1 hour before your departing flight, (yes, even if you are not checking bags.) The airport has a small ground crew, and the same team is often responsible for check-in, loading baggage, and boarding the aircraft. Arriving early helps ensure everything runs smoothly and reduces the risk of missing your flight.

Travel Note

Ground Transportation

Vehicle rentals and cab services are available at the Casper Airport. You may use ride share apps like Uber or Lyft, but service is limited (and often expensive) given that Casper is only about 60,000 people. Guests who rent cars will be able to park at the venue.
