Of course! Kids are a part of your family, and make the dance floor a blast. We made sure to include your children on our guest list. If for some reason we missed your child, please contact us ASAP.
We want everyone to have 'their person' to celebrate with. When you RSVP on the site, your spouse/significant other, kid(s), and/or plus one should be tied to your name. If we missed someone you were anticipating to bring, just let us know!

One thing to keep in mind: we're a little closer to the sky out here. The elevation is over 5,000 feet, which can make visitors feel dehydrated, tired, or short of breath more quickly than usual. Drink lots of water, pack some lip balm, and don't be surprised if that first cocktail hits a little harder than expected!
Our shuttle service will get to the venue on time, but for those driving, 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony should be plenty of time.
The venue has parking space available on-site. The venue's road is not paved (gravel/dirt). If the weather is wet, we recommend vehicles with AWD or FWD.
All of the wedding-day events including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at the West Fork Lodge.
Yes. If we're asking you to travel to Wyoming, the least we can do is provide an open bar. Raise a glass with us!
Hors d'oeuvres will be served at the cocktail hour. Dinner will be buffet-style including both chicken and beef, sides, starches and salad. Dessert will follow. If you are concerned about a dietary restriction or allergy, please contact us.
