How Early Should I Book My Hotel Room?

Answer

Dripping Springs is a big Wedding Venue spot which means hotels in the area have already started to book up, so the sooner you are able to book your room the better! Please see the “Where to Stay” page if you want to book under our block to get a discount.

Will There Be Parking At The Venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking at our venue for all of our guests! Uber and Lyft will also be available for those who wish to use one of those services.

Are kids welcome? Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list as our venue, bar, and catering teams will need to know how many people to prepare for. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please reach out to the Bride or Groom before the RSVP deadline if you have any questions!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The deadline for RSVP’s will be January 7th, 2022. You are able to RSVP either by mail or online through our “RSVP” page.

What should i wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend cocktail attire. Just make sure you are able to dance!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where are the ceremony and reception be taking place?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be indoors and there will be a cocktail hour outside (weather permitting).

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head to our designated outdoor space for a beer and champagne cocktail hour (juices and sodas available for those under 21).

Can I take and post pictures on my social media?

Answer

Yes and No. Our ceremony will be unplugged so that our professional photographers can get all the amazing photos! However, we encourage guests to take and post pictures during the cocktail hour and reception to post to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #Phillips2022 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes! We will have a beer and champagne cocktail hour and our reception will have an open bar and dinner will be served.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
