Please be prepared for the altitude! The altitude is about 8,400 feet. We recommend lots of water. Altitude sickness in Colorado is no joke! 1. Stay well hydrated! We will have lots of water available at the venue (we do not recommend drinking from the river). 2. If you plan on arriving early to Colorado, spending time in town can help you get acclimated to the elevation (and some time to explore!). 3. Don't over exert yourself the first 24 hours you are in Colorado. Be prepared to breathe a little harder here than on the coast. 4. Be careful with alcohol and other substances! Rule of thumb for alcohol, 1 drink at altitude is 2 drinks at the coast. There is no smoking allowed at the venue.
While we love kids and furry friends, please refer to your online RSVP for who is invited to the ceremony and reception. Thank you!
Weather in Colorado can be dramatic- it can go from a blizzard to Summer heat wave quickly! Our wedding attire is: cocktail attire. Which may include men wearing a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress. Don't be afraid to bring a jacket/shawl, sunglasses, or even your full ski attire for that extra special look (we won't judge)! Umbrellas will be available at the venue in case of rain.
RSVP are due no later than September 1st, 2025. We are excited to see you for the celebration and want to make sure you have a seat at the table!
There is overnight parking available at the venue. If you are coming from out of town, we recommend renting a car from the airport for the drive. Recommended lodging is about 20 minutes away from the venue and taxi options are very limited. The venue is wheelchair accessible!
Please let us know of any food allergy on your RSVP! The food is prepared at the venue and we will need to notify the team before the final menu is selected.
Service is NOT guaranteed near Estes Park! There will be wifi at the wedding venue but we recommend having directions readily available for the trip.
