What is the attire?
Answer
Please wear cocktail attire, but cowboy hats & boots are welcomed. Women: Cocktail attire + heels/flats/boots that you feel comfortable walking in on grass & gravel. Men: Suit pants/nice pants, dress shirt Reminder to bring a shawl or jacket for the chilly weather when the sun goes down.

High Elevation Mountain Wedding:

Our venue is located above 9,000 feet elevation. Altitude sickness is very common for visitors, especially for those new to the mountains or coming from sea level. To help prevent, all guests are recommended to drink one gallon of water per day (adult) or half a gallon per day (child), especially the week leading up to the wedding day. Headaches & nausea are common for people experiencing altitude sickness.

Will there be high chairs for my child(ren) at the reception?
Answer
Our venue does not provide high chairs. If your child is less than 2 years of age, we are considering them a "lap child" and they will not be given their own seat at the reception. Please take this into consideration as you RSVP for your child(ren).

What will the weather be like?
Answer
End of September will most likely be in the low 60s and sunny/warmer during the day, and high 40s/chilly at night. Bring a jacket or something to wear over your dress, as it will get cooler when the sun goes down.

Is there parking available on the ranch?
Answer
Yes! There is no limit on the amount of cars that can park on the property. Of course we still recommend carpooling if possible.

Will there be a shuttle service to & from venue?
Answer
We do not have any shuttle services taking guests to & from venue. Please arrange transportation on your own.
