FAQs

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at the Spokane Club, located at 1002 W Riverside Ave, Spokane, WA 99201. The ceremony will be held in the library, and the reception will follow in the Grand Georgian ballroom.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Our venue is located in downtown Spokane, where parking is limited, often time-restricted, and requires payment. We STRONGLY encourage our guests to consider rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), carpooling, walking from a nearby hotel, or using public transit. We also recommend keeping your intended alcohol consumption in mind when selecting your transportation method. If you must park, we will be covering the limited spots available at 36 N. Madison. We suggest downloading the ParkMobile app to explore additional parking options in the area. Since some spots are time-limited, we encourage you to research parking ahead of time. Please also be mindful that property crime is high in downtown Spokane—protect your valuables when parking. ADA-accessible parking is available in the member lot on Main Street, adjacent to the athletic building. Guests will need to be buzzed into the lot, then navigate to the accessible entrance. Please reach out to the bride or groom for specific ADA instructions.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We suggest semi-formal attire - cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or suits (tie optional). Please wear what makes you most comfortable.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes!

Question

Are pets welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love animals, the nature of our venue unfortunately prevents us from welcoming pets. If you have a service animal, please reach out to the bride or groom directly.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate whether you have been extended a plus one. If you'd like to request a plus one for a serious partner or immediate family member, please reach out directly to the bride or groom prior to putting in your RSVP. While space is limited, we’d be happy to consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

Question

Do I have to bring a plus one?

Answer

Not at all. If you have been extended a plus one, it's entirely optional—there is no obligation whatsoever. Should you choose to bring a guest, we encourage you to bring someone you know well, such as a partner, friend, family member, or colleague. We do prefer guests we know or know of, but most importantly, we're looking for someone who will help create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Your plus one can be the same or different gender and doesn't need to be framed as a date. Please provide their full name for our records.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will have a cash bar available at the venue for guests 21 and older. Please bring ID.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Question

How should I RSVP?
