Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4 PM on Saturday April 5th, 2025. Please arrive and be seated no later than 3:50 PM. Late arrivals will not be seated.

Can I record the ceremony on my phone?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests not to take any photos or videos on your phone during the ceremony. Our photography team will make all photos and videos available to guests after the wedding. Phones are happily encouraged for photos and videos during the cocktail hour and reception.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding dress code is semi-formal: tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

What is the weather like in Palo Alto?

Answer

While the wedding will be fully indoors, there will be outdoor patios to enjoy at the venue. The weather in April typically can reach highs of 70 and lows of about 50 degrees.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Dates are not allowed unless your invitation clearly states "plus one".

Answer

We have chosen to limit our wedding to adults-only.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! On your invitation we will ask all guests to make their menu selections and indicate any food restrictions or allergies.

Will all of the food be vegan?

Answer

No. As many of you know Stephanie follows a vegan diet, but we will offer meat and fish options during the reception and cocktail hour.
