Will there be a ceremony?
Answer
No - We are throwing a reception/party only since we will already be married on May 23, 2026 in Cincinnati! Please come ready to party!
Question
What should we wear?
Answer
Dressy Casual - This will be an outdoor reception at the Coyne Residence. Feel free to look nice without feeling formal — sundresses, jumpsuits, stylish tops, slacks, golf shirts, and button-downs all fit the vibe. Comfortable shoes like flats or wedges are great too!

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
A shuttle bus will provide multiple round trips to and from the Kent State Hotel to the Coyne Residence. Details are provided in the Travel & Lodging tab.

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes but it may be limited since this will be in a neighborhood. There will be limited street parking available. You can also park at Davey Elementary School which is a block away from the Coyne Residence but there are limited spots. We recommend parking downtown next to the Kent State Hotel in the parking garage and catching the shuttle from the hotel.

When should we arrive?

Cocktail hour starts at 4:30. We will start introductions around 5:30 before dinner.

Is there an after party?
Answer
The Bride and Groom will most likely be heading downtown Kent to bar hop after the reception to continue the party if anyone would like to join us. All are welcome! The shuttle bus will continue to run for about 30 minutes after the reception ends, dropping folks off at the Kent State Hotel. Downtown Kent is in walking distance as well if you have comfortable shoes and prefer to walk.

You can RSVP as early as you want! RSVP now through the website (under RSVP tab at the top of the website). Please respond by Aug 1, 2026.
