We kindly ask that only those guests whose names are listed on the invitation attend. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed. Thank you for helping us keep our celebration intimate!
We love your little ones! However, we are only able to accommodate individuals who are specifically named on the invitation.
Yes, transportation to and from the venue is REQUIRED for all guests. We have arranged transportation for everyone’s convenience and safety. The only way in and out of the venue is via the provided transportation. There are no parking spots at the venue and the gate will not allow you or any private transportation into the venue.
All guests must be at La Concha for transportation to the venue at 4:20pm sharp for a prompt 4:35pm departure. This is the only way in and out of the venue. Shuttles will depart from La Concha prior to the ceremony and will return guests to their respective hotels and at the after party bar at the end of the wedding. During the reception there will be an early shuttle leaving the venue, and a final shuttle for all guests once the wedding is over.
Beach Chic Formal! We recommend looking on Pinterest and Google for ideas, or the above collage. We encourage colorful formal attire that complements the setting. Please do not wear white in any form. White dress shirts for men are welcome. For men, suits are expected, but ties are optional.
Because the event will take place on the beach, we recommend wearing wedges, block heels, flats, or dressy sandals. Please avoid stiletto heels, as they are not suitable for the sand.
Our entire wedding, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, will take place outdoors on the beach. The terrain is hard sand, but it may still be challenging for some guests to navigate. We kindly ask guests to plan accordingly when choosing attire, footwear and mobility accommodations.
November in Florida is typically warm and breezy, with temperatures often ranging from the 70s to low 80s during the day and cooling slightly in the evening. We recommend bringing sunglasses for the ceremony, and a light wrap or jacket for later in the night, as it can become cooler by the water.
Yes, our wedding will take place rain or shine and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
