The shuttle will pick the bridal party up from the ceremony and take them to the reception location. After the bridal party is dropped off the bus will go to both hotels to pick guests up and shuttle them to the reception location. This will allow guests to check in to their hotel between the ceremony and reception and leave their vehicle(s) at the hotel. The shuttle will then take guests back to their hotel later in the evening. The last shuttle will leave the reception location at midnight.
