Travel Note
We’ve reserved a block of King Suites at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore at BWI Airport. Each suite includes a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. When booking, you’ll start on the payment page, but don’t worry—you won’t be charged until check-in. Please note: if you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before arrival, you’ll be charged for one night’s stay. To adjust your reservation dates, or add a room, hit edit stay at the top right hand side of the page. Guests who prefer a Double Bed Suite may book directly through the hotel’s website. Please keep in mind that these rooms are not part of the discounted room block. To receive the discounted rate, reservations must be made by August 21, 2026 (two weeks before the wedding).
