How should I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website. Click the tab on the top that says RSVP or scan the QR code on your invitation

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating.

Can I bring a guest or a plus-one?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with everyone we love, but due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those guests listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue has plenty of parking spaces. However, carpooling is always a good idea :)

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the dinner and reception are inside.

What do I wear!?

Answer

Formal Attire: Please keep in mind it’ll be early September and likely warm! A nice button-up with dress pants and a jacket, or a midi to long dress, will be just right.

Do we have to travel to another location for the reception?

Answer

Nope! The venue will host the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception.

Where do I stay?

Answer

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore at BWI Airport. Discounted King Suites (with sofa beds) are available until August 21, 2026. If you prefer a Double Bed Suite, you may book directly through the hotel’s website (not included in the block discount). Go to "Travel" section on website.

Do I have to stay at the hotel that was blocked?

Answer

Nope! We reserved those rooms based on distance and amenities. You are under no obligation to stay at the Embassy Suites hotel.
