Welcome Dinner & Campfire

7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Refreshments & Reception

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Following the ceremony there will be light appetizers and lawn games while the families take photos. We are not really dancers, so for the reception there will be a hall opened up with many board games. Each table will be set up with a different game and their own accompanying rules. You may come and go from the outside dinner tables and the games hall as you please (after we open up the games hall that is). There will be speakers playing music, but no DJ or dedicated dance floor. For dinner, we will be serving food buffet style. Our caterer (Cowboy Way BBQ) has provided us with meatless options for some of the dinner as alternatives. We will be serving shredded pork and chicken thighs, cowboy beans, garlic mashed potatoes, smoked mac & cheese, green beans (meatless), cheesy corn w/ green chili, stuffed mushrooms (meatless), sweet peppers (meatless), pork belly burnt ends.
