Question

Answer

There is a parking lot located at the bottom of the mountain that is available for wedding guests at Smoky Mountain Ziplines (509 Mill Creek Road, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863). A shuttle service will be provided to pick you up from the parking lot, and bring you to the venue. The shuttle will also be available for pick up and drop off at designated hotels and cabins. If you are taking an Uber/Lyft, drop off will be at the parking lot as well. Due to the size of the roadway up to the venue, drop off and parking is not permitted at the venue.

Answer

A shuttle service will pick you up at Smoky Mountain Ziplines parking lot and designated hotels. When you RSVP, please let us know if you will be staying at one of the options that is listed on our website so that we can coordinate your pick up with the shuttle driver. They will be available all night at the venue to drop you off at your car or your hotel if you choose to not stay for the entire event.

Please let us know any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so that we can inform our caterer. They will work a special dish just for you!

Answer

Gatlinburg offers a wide variety of hotels and cabins for your stay. We recommend booking one of the accommodations listed on our Travel page, as our shuttle service will provide transportation to and from those locations. For a more private, getaway-style experience, we personally suggest reserving a cabin at Parkside Resort—conveniently located near the venue and perfect for turning your trip into a mini vacation.

Due to the turn around time for the shuttle service, we encourage everyone to show up at least 30 minutes early to make sure they are on the shuttle and at the venue before the ceremony begins.
