New Years Eve Party

No dress code, wear whatever you want.

If you're in town for New Years before the wedding and don't have anything to do, Rachel and Joe Martin cordially invite you to celebrate with them at their home. Look forward to a casual Barbecue Night with some silly games and a chance to meet some new friends attending the wedding.

Welcome Party

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Dress Code: Casual, good corn hole playing outfits :)

In addition to beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, we will be providing Asian-street-food-inspired hors d'oeuvres served by Hawkers (https://eathawkers.com/). Guests can look forward to a casual afternoon/evening of drinks, food, corn hole, karaoke, and more. The event will be outside weather permitting.

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Dress Code: Cocktail Attire. Women, please wear cocktail dresses, long dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. The ceremony will be on grass so take that into account when deciding on stilletos. For men, please wear a suit jacket and pants. Tie optional.

IF YOU ARE DRIVING: THERE IS NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE CEREMONY ADDRESS. The address is for drop-off only. But worry not -- parking is available at the Windermere Town Hall (https://maps.app.goo.gl/DXhMeJT9gMDWff3d7) or Windermere Branch Library (https://maps.app.goo.gl/6FTba2LdKyKH13jn8). Both are a 10 minute walk from the ceremony location, and directly outside the reception venue. Our ceremony will be held overlooking Lake Bessie in lovely Windermere, Florida. Weather permitting, the event will be outside and will last approximately 30 minutes. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to walk to the nearby Windermere Town Hall (approximately 10 minutes) where appetizers and drinks will be served while the wedding party takes quick post-ceremony photos. Golf carts are available between the ceremony and reception for those who need it!
