What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

For the ceremony you can arrive 30 minutes before it is scheduled to start at 2:30pm. The ceremony will be held behind the Bavarian Haus under the open pavilion.

How early can I arrive to the reception?

Answer

You can arrive 30 minutes before the reception starts to grab a seat and start eating. We won't be having assigned seating. Just reserved tables for our families. The Wedding Party will be arriving around 5pm. Then the party will begin.

What time is dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be starting off as early as 4:30pm for the guest that were there for the ceremony or for the early arrivers. Then once the Bridal Party arrives at 5:00pm dinner will be put on hold until after the first dance and cake cutting then it will resume until 7:00pm.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You should RSVP by Saturday, August 8th 2021. We want to make sure we get a correct count for our caterer and we have enough table and chairs set up.

What if my name isn't showing up to RSVP but I have received an invite?

Please feel free to call or text me at 567-208-2812 and I will get you added to the list. Mistakes happen as we are only human.

No! Causal wear is perfectly fine, or wear what is comfortable to you!

Yes, kids are more than welcome to join the fun!

Do you have any hotel rooms blocked off to book?

Answer

Unfortunately no we do not. Since we have family coming from many different states every which direction we didn't know what the best option would be since Deshler is a 20/30 minute drive to most towns. Napoleon, Bowling Green, and Findlay all have some pretty great choices to pick from.
