A valid passport is required for ALL guests traveling to Mexico. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. If you do not currently have a passport, please apply as soon as possible — processing times can be long, especially as we get closer to the wedding. Children and infants also need their own passports.
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN), the main airport in Cancun, Mexico. The resort is only about 15 minutes away, so transportation is quick and very affordable. Transportation can be arranged directly through the resort, and we will send detailed booking instructions once flights become available next month.
Your stay is fully all-inclusive! This means all meals, snacks, drinks, alcoholic beverages, and on-site resort activities are included in your reservation. Once you arrive, you can truly relax — no worrying about food or entertainment costs.
Yes! You’re welcome to travel with and room with any additional guest. However, only the individuals listed on your invitation will be able to attend the wedding ceremony and wedding events on the wedding day. It will be a full weekend of celebrations, and the resort has plenty of activities, dining, and relaxation options, so your extra guest will still have a great vacation while we celebrate with our invited guests.
Yes — kids are absolutely welcome! This is a very family-friendly resort featuring 14 water slides, two lazy rivers, a splash pad for little ones, and a wave pool, so there will be plenty to keep them entertained all weekend. The resort also offers helpful family amenities including cribs, pack-and-plays, and bed safety rails, plus a three-level supervised kids club with tons of activities, so parents can relax and enjoy the celebration too.
All guests must arrive by Friday, February 12th. This is very important and non-negotiable, as wedding events will begin shortly after and we don’t want anyone to miss the celebrations!
Yes, there will be optional group excursions available outside of the resort for anyone who wants to explore — but participation is completely optional. The resort itself has plenty to do, including a bowling alley, tennis and basketball courts, laser tag, daily entertainment, a full waterpark, and a world-class luxury spa. You truly do not need to leave unless you want to! We want everyone to relax, enjoy, and make a whole weekend out of celebrating with us.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance. International travel always comes with the possibility of delays or unexpected changes, and insurance will help protect your trip and your investment.
