When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love to have our final count by Dec. 10th. Simply click the RSVP tab at the top of this page to let us know your availability.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3 and 3:15. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal- As much as we love sweatshirts, take this as an opportunity to pull out the suits and long dresses/cocktail dresses

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check your invitation for your number of reserved seats. There are so many people we wish we could invite, but with such a wonderful big group of family and friends, we regret to say we are unable to accommodate individuals not listed with your RSVP

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We truly love your kids! Unfortunately, we know so many sweet children that their inclusion would mean a 30% increase in our guest count. As such, we ask that you please make this a date night for you and your spouse. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Just one! ;) The Fairmont has kindly offered our guests a discounted rate should you choose to stay at the hotel anytime that week (January 1st-7th) Click the Travel tab to see their contact information and access the link.

Can I be your DJ?

Answer

Once you have entered your RSVP, there's an option to input your favorite song(s). We can't guarantee usage, but we love you enough to consider all appropriate suggestions.

I have an allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Definitely, just let us know. When you have entered your RSVP, there should be an option to list dietary restrictions. Please also include if you are concerned about flowers/other allergens that may interfere with your attendance.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! Our reception will have a photobooth to capture those digital mementos. When posting, you can use the hashtag #JoshandKatHowAboutThat. That being said, we of course appreciate your respect for our professional photographer and the significance of the occasion (i.e. please no bright flashes, loud clicking or preventable disruption to the chain of events, thanks!)
