Welcome Party

8:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Coastal Cocktail Attire: Easy, breezy, a little dressed up—sundresses, linen, skirts; khakis, button-down, optional sportcoat.

We rented the entire bar area directly to the right as you walk in the front door. There’s a big parking lot at the restaurant plus a ton of street parking close by, but if you’re staying downtown, it’s just a quick uber or a scenic walk away. We recommend grabbing some food beforehand somewhere downtown or nearby in Eastport (see our Explore Annapolis page for some of our favorite spots). We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Formal Attire: Dress to feel your best—fun summer colors encouraged! Ladies: long dresses or nice sundresses. Guys: suits or dress pants with a button-down (ties optional). Ceremony’s on sand, so plan shoes accordingly.

There will be transportation provided to shuttle guests to and from downtown Annapolis and the venue (see our FAQs page for details). We have the venue from 4pm-10pm and intend to start the ceremony right at 4pm to leave as much time as possible for the party that follows. The ceremony will be on the beach behind the CBF building. There is an accessible route through the front door where we ask that everyone enters. From there you can take the ramp down the beach where you will see the chairs for the ceremony. We expect a relatively quick ceremony that will transition to a cocktail hour on grass area below the CBF building. There will be passed apps, a grazing table and an open bar with signature drinks. From there we will transition to the CBF building for a plated meal and dancing featuring the Bachelor Boys Band.
