What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:00 PM EST. The shuttle will begin taking guests from the parking area to the venue at 3:00 PM EST. The shuttles takes 7 minutes to arrive at the venue. All guests should plan to be at the top of the mountain at the venue no later than 3:45 PM EST.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There's limited parking at the venue due it being located on the side of the mountain, and the road going up the venue is extremely steep (up to a 20% grade). Due to these factors, all wedding guests must park in the designated parking area at the bottom of the mountain. A shuttle service will be available for transportation between the parking area and the venue. The address of the parking area is 509 Mill Creek Rd. Pigeon Forge, TN 37863.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP deadline will be included in the formal invitations, which will be sent out closer to the big day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal attire — we’d love to see our guests dressed to impress! For women, this could mean a long gown, a dressy cocktail dress, or a stylish pantsuit. For men, a suit and tie is perfect. Please, no jeans or casual wear — think elegant and polished! Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel great.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing will all take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly and keep the weather in mind. Dinner will be indoors, offering a chance to relax and cool off (or warm up!) before heading back outside to celebrate on the dancefloor.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that you bring a plus one only if their name is included on your invitation. We’re so excited to celebrate with you and appreciate your understanding as we manage our guest list. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to keep our celebration an adults-only event. If your children are specifically included on the invitation, they are, of course, welcome! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free evening so everyone can relax and enjoy the festivities.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather is unpredictable this time of year, especially in the mountains. The average high is 59ºF and the average low is 41ºF. There could be snow at higher elevations or it could be in the high 70s like in 2025, so we'll have to wait and see!
