Our venue is called Grace Valley Farm - located in Shelbyville, TN. The venue itself is rather large but don't worry there will be signage and traffic directors outside to help on the big day! The ceremony and reception will be located on different sides of the property. There will be parking available at both locations, so our guests won't have to walk too far! When you arrive, our traffic directors will advise you on where to park, and then once the ceremony is over we ask that all guests get back into their cars and drive to the reception parking area. Unfortunately, it is quite a walk from each location - but only a short drive! Please feel free to ask anyone around for any assistance needed. There will be a golf cart available if needed for any one who is unable to walk to the ceremony or reception areas.
We have a hotel block at Wingate by Wyndham in Murfreesboro, TN. Please view the "Travel" tab to learn more on how to book your room! It is approximately 31 miles and 40 minutes away from the venue. If you choose to book with our discounted hotel block - please get your room reserved as soon as possible. Our discount is no longer available after May 5th! After May 5th rooms will be booked with regular listed prices at Wingate.
Please get your RSVP to us as soon as possible as this will help us in the planning process! We do request that we try to have all RSVP's by April 20th. This will help us a get a rough estimate of how many people we expect to come! Hope you can make it!!

We are able to accept Venmo or CashApp for money donations, to be able to use for the wedding planning process or the honeymoon expense! We are going to a beautiful, breath taking all-inclusive & adults-only Sandals resort in ST. LUCIA! We are leaving the following Wednesday, May 24th!
Guests can begin arriving around 5pm. Ceremony will promptly begin at 5:30pm. If, by chance, you arrive late and are unable to make it to your seat before 5:30pm, then you will be held at the doors until the bride is completely down the isle and the ceremony has begun.
You will truly be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
Yes - we would love to meet the little ones and have them join in on the fun! We do ask that only bring your child if they are listed on the RSVP list. We do ask if children do not sit quietly during the ceremony that you remove yourself from the situation if possible.
We addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Yes - The ceremony and reception location both have parking locations big enough for all guests! We ask that you please read signage around the venue and follow all traffic directors!
Transportation will not be provided. Wherever you choose to stay, please ensure you have a safe ride home. You are allowed to leave you vehicle at the venue until the next day. If you choose to leave your vehicle at the venue, and either Uber or Lyft back home, then you car MUST be retrieved by noon on Sunday.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony". We ask that all phones be packed away and on silent during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone or device blocking that moment for her to capture! After the ceremony we encourage you to take as many photos as possible and always share with the bride and groom, so we can remember this incredible day with our closest family and friends! We also promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them! Please use our wedding hashtag when you post any photos so we can see all the great photos taken! #JoiningTheJohnstons
Both - our ceremony side is outside under a shaded tree area and the reception to follow will be inside a nearby barn. The reception area is a large barn that will have the main doors open to get some fresh air inside. There will be corn hole and some tables outside the barn for cocktail hour, while the bar and snacks will be served inside.
We would love to see our family and friends to get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. Please no jeans. Please no white clothing.
