LAX is the best option for international flights and for anyone looking to also do an L.A. trip while in town for the wedding. From LAX it's a 2 hour drive to The Outpost in Fawnskin, CA.

Ontario International Airport (ONT)

For anyone coming from out of country or out of state looking to drive a little less, Ontario International Airport (ONT in California, not Canada!) is a 1 hour drive away from The Outpost in Fawnskin, CA. Flight prices tend to be slightly more in ONT than in LAX so weigh the cost of car rentals, time, etc.

Getting To & From the Venue

The venue is located on the northwest side of the lake while most accommodations are on the south and east sides of the lake. You can use the taxi company in the area, Big Bear Cab Company Inc, as Uber may not be available. If you plan to drive, we will have a private parking lot next to the venue. Please have a designated driver to get you back to your lodging safely.

Jazzy Bear Ride Service

Jazzy Bear Ride Service provides one-off rides for small or large groups. They can also provide long-distance transportation outside of Big Bear as well (if you want a ride to and from an airport). Please note their hours of operation on Wednesday are 8am – 10pm. Contact +1 909-375-6799 or info@jazzybearbb.com to schedule a ride (including a ride outside hours of operation).
