Bigger Adventures

Bigger Adventures

Big Bear, CA

There are plenty of outdoor summer activities for the adventurous bunch. With the help of local rentals, if needed, you can go cycling around the lake, mountain biking, kayaking, boating, wake boarding, jet skiing, etc. There are plenty of beautiful hikes of varying difficulties and lengths (from .25 - 15 miles). Doodle is pictured on Castle Rock Trail.

Tropicali Restaurant

Tropicali Restaurant

40771 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315

This is Meli's (thanks to Denae's discovery) favorite restaurant in the area. Tropicali employees give excessive aloha spirit for a really fun experience. As the name suggests, they serve tropical food with a California take. The tropicali gangster fruit slushie is a must! There is outdoor seating and it is also dog friendly (ask for a water bowl for your pup).
