When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 1, 2023 so we have ample time to plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Two things we love are the outdoors and music. This wedding will have plenty of both, so be sure to dress to be outside and dancing! Please note that the ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held in an open-air pavilion that has a roof (again, weather permitting). Ohio weather in October can be all over the place, as many of us know, so watch the weather and plan accordingly! Additionally, there will be some walking on a crushed gravel pathway, so plan footwear accordingly.

Are photos allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. This means we are asking guests to please keep their phones put away and on silent during the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture some of the most meaningful moments of our lives and would hate for a well-meaning guest with a device out to block the moment for her to capture. We promise to share those professional ceremony photos with anyone who wants them!

Are photos allowed during the reception?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see any photos and videos you take after the ceremony is over. If you post to social media, please use #clemensandchlo to share with everyone! :)

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we had to limit the number of guests attending. We have invited children within our families only. Consider this a date night, on us!

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes! There is a large gravel lot central to all the festivities. Parking is free and cars can be left overnight, but will need to be moved by 9:00am Sunday morning.
