Maid of Honor
I met Sami on my first day at Lindenwood, before classes even started. We immediately bonded as two 'California Girls' who had moved away to Missouri. She was the first person to inform me that Clayton did indeed 'like' me. We've driven across the country together, shared many of deep conversations (cue philosophical Sami), and she even took care of me when I got my Wisdom teeth taken out. I truly wouldn't be who I am today without knowing Sami.
Best Man
CJ and I met during our first week on campus our freshman year. We quickly became good friends, bonded over cycling, and became roommates. He was there when I first met Hannah and has been by our side ever since. After college, all three of us have settled in Utah, where we have spent many weekends exploring the mountains and late nights reminiscing on our college adventures.
Bridesmaid
Jacqueline was the first person I rode bikes with at Lindenwood University and we went on to be teammates for 3 years on the cycling team. Even though this is when we officially met, our paths had crossed years earlier as 9 year olds at the Youth Triathlon National Championship in Wisconsin Dells. Jacqueline has long been someone I can confide in, laugh with, and someone that I can always count on.
Groomsman
Justin and I have been friends since grade school. We have spent many hours hunting and fishing together. I am always reminded of some great laughs while working odd jobs together when the classic rock station, Jack FM, comes on in the car. He's been there by my side throughout many ups and downs. He is someone I always look forward to visiting in Columbia.
Bridesmaid
Kearstin and I lived together for 3 years in college and thrived as two introverts who loved to "be alone together." Don't let the title introvert fool you though, Kearstin is extremely outgoing. She recently returned home from a year long missions trip in which she traveled the World. She is strong, passionate, and I know that she will always have my back.
Groomsman
Ian and I met in grade school. We played on the same baseball team together during 7th grade. During high school, Ian, Justin and I spent many of days running around causing chaos. I always find myself looking back on the many of times out fishing our senior year. Each year we try to get together to ski. He is a cheerful guy that you can always count on for a good laugh.
Bridesmaid
Abby is easily one of the funniest people I know, and I got a front row seat while living with her for 3 years. She probably has more awkward or funny photos of me on her phone than I care to even know. Beyond her humor Abby is an incredibly hard worker and brings joy to everyone she works with. Every outing, event, and conversation is made richer and better when Abby is a part of it.
Groomsman
Neal and I met at work at Competitive Cyclist after I moved to Utah. He actually attended a university that was our biggest rival to Lindenwood. We did not know one another at the time, but we had several mutual friends. Today we sit next to one another at work and have become good friends. He is someone that will always lend a hand or make you laugh.
Bridesman
I am so lucky to be able to call Dee my sister-in-law. She inspires me to better myself and just being around her makes me feel good inside. I can always count on her to add a little extra fun to every family gathering. The title "Sister-in-law" almost feels misleading in this circumstance because Dee is so much more than that to me. She is a friend, a sister, and someone I look up to.
Groomsman
Trevor is Hannah's brother and soon to be my brother-in-law. I first met Trevor and his wife, Dee, when I visited Hannah in California after we started dating. We played beer pong on the patio against one another. I can't say who won that game, but I am going to go out on a limb and say Hannah and I did. He is a fun and adventurous guy who we always look forward to spending time with.
Bridesmaid
Whitley is Clayton's sister and my soon to be sister-in-law. I can't wait to call her family and for all of the fun times I hope to spend together in the future. When I was first in the room with Whitley and Clayton together I could tell that they have such a special sibling bond. Whitley is passionate and cares deeply for her friends and family. I am excited to build our own bond together!
Groomsman
Brady and I met our freshman year of college. He was on the cycling team with me. Later on our senior year we roommates. I will never forget the time he took me on a mtb ride in California in record hot temps that had a heinous climb. I was certainly not "mentally prepared" for it, but we made it out alive. He is a caring guy I can always count on to be there.
