The shareable answer is “in college.” The truth is we first shook hands and introduced ourselves to each other in the Waffle House parking lot. We still have a love of Breakfast but our standards have been raised.

Hannah needed a full face helmet to race in one of the college mountain bike events. The whole team told her to borrow one from Clayton. After trying to remember who he was she approached and asked for the helmet. He handed it to her with the instructions, “You better freaking beat that girl.”

When did Clayton fall for Hannah?

Answer

After one of Hannah’s races, Clayton had already finished his and was standing at the finish line. When Hannah finished and Clayton asked how the race went, Hannah turned, stumbled and fell into Clayton. He’s been catching her ever since.

After one of their dates they were walking down the street when Hannah began to obnoxiously skip hoping that Clayton would at least laugh and not be embarrassed. Instead, he grabbed her hand and skipped with her.

Answer

After going out on dates for 4 months, Clayton finally got the nerve to ask Hannah to be his girlfriend, to which she replied, “I’ll think about it.” Two weeks later she told Clayton, “I have an answer.” To which he replied, “To what?” They have been together since January 2015.
