You can also fly into Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), which is about a 2-hour drive to Southern Pines. Train
Built in 1898 and beautifully restored, the Southern Pines Train Station is a charming landmark in the heart of downtown. Still serving Amtrak passengers, the central location puts it steps from local shops, restaurants, and galleries.

Travel Note
We’re so excited to have you join us for the big day! For the most convenient and enjoyable experience, we recommend booking accommodations in Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Whispering Pines, Carthage, or Aberdeen. These towns are all close to our venue and offer plenty of charming hotels, vacation rentals, restaurants, and things to do throughout the weekend. While Fayetteville may come up in your search as a larger city nearby, we’d gently suggest avoiding it if possible. It’s farther from the wedding events than it may seem, and the drive can be a bit of a haul with traffic or roadwork. We want you to have a relaxing and easy weekend—and staying closer will definitely help with that! If you’re unsure about a location, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help double-check or recommend something that works well!
