This motel is newly renovated and is in a great location for exploring the town of Bozeman prior to our wedding. The rooms will remain reserved until a month before the wedding (08/31/2019), at which time they will be released and offered to the general public. Camping

The Montana State Park System has a two options within 15 miles of our venue, both with a rich and interesting history. The Missouri Headwaters State Park is a short 3 mile saunter along the Madison River to downtown Three Forks. It has tent sites and tipis, but does not take reservations. The Lewis and Clark Caverns State Park is a scenic 16 mile drive from the venue along the Jefferson River. It has tent sites, cabins, and tips, and takes reservations. (https://montanastateparks.reserveamerica.com/) There is also a KOA campground just outside of Three Forks with campsites and cabins. (http://www.campthreeforks.com) Lastly, there is a free BLM campground ~35 miles north of Three Forks that Clayton has frequented while doing field work. As long as you don't mind the occasional (or frequent) freight train passing in the night it is a wonderful spot (bring ear plugs). (www.blm.gov/visit/toston-dam-recreation-site)

Travel Note

Flight Information

The Bozeman-Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) is ~30 miles from the wedding venue. Most flights are routed through Salt Lake or Denver. Missoula International (MSO) and Billings International (BIL) are less than a 3 hour drive as well.
