Our love story is a classic 21st century tale: swiping right on a dating app during a world-wide pandemic!

Feb. 2021: Sam and Claudia meet and have their first date in the freezing cold sitting outside at Talon Bar in Bushwick, Brooklyn. 

Aug. 2021: Claudia tells Sam she's caught feelings. Sam wants to make it official. 

May 2022: Claudia + Sam move in together.

Jan. 2023: Claudia + Sam adopt not one, but two, senior dogs. 

Oct. 2024: Sam proposes (on his birthday) outside one of their favorite Astoria restaurants. Claudia says yes. Sam continues to go above and beyond and surprises Claudia again by having her mom waiting for them inside the restaurant. Everyone cries. 

Mar. 2026: Sam + Claudia get married! We can't wait to welcome our friends and family to Monterrey, Mexico, where some of Claudia's family still resides.
