Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy Casual or Casual, it is July after all. The venue is fully air conditioned but dress comfortably enough to dance the night away!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The meal will be a catered buffet by Brasa, and we will be selecting dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan options from their menu. There will be a designated space to indicate allergies when you submit your RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please park in the designated Essence Event Center lot directly in front of the main entrance. Additional parking will be clearly marked by signage. All vehicles must be moved by noon the day following the event. No overnight parking in any lot except the primary Essence Event Center parking lot.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We have booked a shuttle for the evening to bring guests back to the hotel once they're done dancing for the night. Shuttle times will be posted on the day.
