Novotel Toronto Vaughan

We've secured a block of rooms for our out-of-town guests at Novotel's Vaughan location. There are discounts available on the "Superior Room with 1 King Bed" and the "Superior Room with 2 Queen Beds" as follows: Wednesday, May 13th, room rate: $139.00 Thursday, May 14th, room rate: $139.00 Friday, May 15th, room rate: $139.00 Saturday, May 16th, room rate: $169.00 Sunday, May 17th, room rate: $139.00 There's also an elaborate breakfast buffet available every morning for $12+tax and gratuities. (Normally $17+) The hotel also has free parking and free wifi. Each guest is responsible for booking their own room in advance in order to qualify for the discount. The deadline is April 17th, 2020. Travel Note

Shuttle From Novotel to Kortright

The plans for this are still underway since we can't book a bus without a final headcount. For now just know that there will be a shuttle bus to bring our out-of-town guests from the Novotel Hotel in Vaughan to our venue, the Kortright Centre. Then there will be another shuttle bus available at the end of the wedding to bring the same guests back to the hotel again. It's about a 15-minute drive each way. If at any time any of our out-of-town guests wish to leave the party early, please talk to either Adam, Claudia, or Bryan, and we'll help you get an Uber back to your hotel.
