It will be taking place on Thursday, October 16th, 2025. For details on other important dates or times, please refer to the "Schedule" tab on our website.

Answer

For guests not staying on-site, please plan to arrive by 2:00 PM at the Forest House Lodge, where we’ll have the bar open and appetizers served before everyone heads to the ceremony site. For those staying on-site, feel free to check in starting at 12:00 PM, relax, and enjoy the day before meeting in the lobby of the Forest House Lodge at 2:00 PM to head over to the ceremony.

To make sure we have enough space for everyone, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation join us for the celebration. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to see you there!

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re keeping the guest list adults-only, with the exception of our beloved nieces who will be part of the celebration.

Is there a dress code?Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal: midi to floor-length dresses, suit and tie or slacks and a sport coat. We are encouraging embracing rich autumnal hues like deep burgundy, burnt orange, and olive green. Soft florals in blush pink, pale blue or dusty lavender would also be perfect. Please avoid wearing white or similar shades like cream, ivory or champagne. Please refrain from wearing jeans, flip flops and t-shirts. Stilettoed heels are NOT recommended, as the ceremony takes place in a forest and grassy area. Most importantly, we want you to feel confident and ready to celebrate with us!

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, rain or shine, and the reception will take place indoors. Please note, the daytime temperature is often in the upper-70s, but it can drop to the low 50s in the evening. We recommend bringing a lighter piece of outerwear to stay comfortable during the outdoor ceremony!

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we have invested in a professional videographer and photographer to capture those special moments. We promise to share all the beautiful photos once we have them, so you can relive the magic with us! Feel free to snap away during the reception—we’ll be ready to celebrate and make memories!

Due to limited parking at the ceremony site, we kindly ask that all guests meet at the Forest House Lodge. From there, shuttles will be provided to the ceremony site. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping make transportation smooth for everyone!

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure to accommodate your needs. Your safety and comfort are important to us!

What are the details regarding the bar service?What are the details regarding the bar service?

Answer

The bar service will be hosted offering a selection of the couple's signature cocktails, hard seltzers and beer. We've selected a red and a white wine from Lorenzi Winery, that will be served from the bar. Outside of the designated hours, the bar will operate as a cash bar, available from 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Answer

Just like any hotel, what you choose to do in your own room is up to you! Please refrain from bringing any outside food or beverages down into the common spaces. No coolers are allowed in the rooms. Don't fret, snack and dinner will be provided and the bar is available from 2pm - 2am!

Answer

Yes! We’ve compiled a list of nearby hotels for your convenience, which can be found under the "Lodging" tab on our wedding website. You should have also received information regarding accommodations in your physical invite. Feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions or need any additional information!

Unfortunately, we will not be providing transportation to or from any offsite hotels. We recommend arranging carpooling or using rideshare services for convenience. Please feel free to reach out if you need any recommendations for local transportation options!

Yep! Before the big day, we’re having a casual Welcome Mixer—come hang out, grab some drinks, and enjoy dinner at your leisure. It’ll be a fun way to kick things off! All the details for this and other events are on the "Schedule" tab of our website. Can’t wait to see you there!

Yes! You can find our registry under the "Registry" tab on the website. In addition, we’re also asking for donations to a honeymoon and home down payment fund in lieu of traditional gifts. Thank you so much for your love and support!
