FAQs

Question

What about COVID-19?

Answer

A large majority of those attending have been vaccinated and we highly encourage anyone who isn’t vaccinated to get tested prior to the wedding. You are all very special to us, and your safety is our top priority.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Summery cocktail! Florals, prints, fun colors and light linens welcome. It will likely be hot during the day and comfortable during the evening, but because our ceremony and dinner will be outside please bring a light layer should you need it. We recommend comfortable shoes as sections of the venue are uneven (and because we will be spending lots of time on the dance floor!)

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

For our guests staying at the Embassy Suites, we have organized a shuttle to and from the venue. The shuttle will pick guests up at 3:00 from the hotel and drop off at the venue by 3:30. We will also have several shuttle options back to the hotel later in the evening - leaving around 10:00pm, 11:00pm and our last shuttle at midnight.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a small parking lot, but for the most part we ask that you take an Uber/Lyft to and from the venue to make sure you get home safely. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites, please refer to the FAQ above regarding the shuttle.

Question

Should I bring my kids?

Answer

Once you receive your invitation, please check the RSVP page to see if we've accounted for your children. We love all your kids, but for many of our local friends and family, we would love for you to have a night off and really enjoy yourselves!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style, and while we will have vegetarian options (please indicate if you need a vegetarian meal when you RSVP) it is otherwise difficult to make special requests. If you have a severe food allergy please let us know.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be at 4:00, so we invite you to join us around 3:30 or so to mingle and find a seat before we begin.
