When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1, 2025. However, you may RSVP as soon as possible to help us with our planning. If you do not RSVP by that date, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm, so please arrive at 3:30pm to find parking and your seat. ***The venue asks that you do NOT arrive before 3:30pm.***

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal and cocktail attire. We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us, so dress to impress! Please do NOT wear jeans, white, dusty blue (light greyish blue), navy blue, or red.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP. If you have questions, you may reach out to the couple. Thank you for your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes; however, only those kids that are included under your name when you RSVP. *Please note that YOU are responsible for your children. The venue is a large property and has a large pond.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large gravel parking lot.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Absolutely! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! There will be an open bar including beer, wine, his & her drinks, and champagne. Please drink responsibly and arrange transportation from the venue.

Will there be NON-alcoholic drinks?

Answer

Yes! The venue will provide water, lemonade, iced tea, and coffee.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors! There are walkways around the property; however, the ceremony seating is on grass, so please be cautious wearing heels. The cocktail hour and reception are under a covered area.

Will there be food?

Answer

Of course! There will be appetizers during cocktail hour, and dinner will include tri tip and chicken with sides. Pasta will be available for those that do not eat meat :)
