Our story began the summer after 8th grade on July 4, 2008, when Christian sent Amanda a friend request on MySpace. At the time, we didn’t know each other, but soon discovered we had a lot of mutual friends—and even more surprising, we’d gone to the same middle school without ever crossing paths. We hit it off quickly and, though we liked each other, we were heading to different high schools, so we stayed friends. Our friendship grew stronger when Amanda switched schools senior year, where Christian was, and ended up in the same class. We would joke around, talk about anything and everything, and soon became the best of friends. After high school, our bond didn’t fade. We would spend time at the beach, going to the movies, enjoying Knott's Scary Farm, and having fun at Universal Horror Nights. We were always there for each other through the ups and downs. On August 6, 2017, after years of friendship, their relationship began officially! We both knew we were meant to be together, but we were also determined to build our future on solid ground. So, we decided to wait until we started our careers and were settled into a place of our own. On June 29, 2024, they celebrated Amanda’s 30th birthday with a special outing to Wilson Creek Winery. It was during this perfect moment, surrounded by love and laughter, that Christian got down on one knee and asked Amanda to spend forever together. Our journey had led us here, and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s to come! We can’t wait to begin this next chapter of our lives as husband and wife and celebrate with all of you!
