What is your motif/color theme?

Answer

Our motif is forest green and espresso brown. Please consider wearing any shade of green or brown.

Where should we book our hotel/accomodations?

Answer

If you are flying in, we know that hotels can be spendy. We recommend booking a place in Waikiki or Honolulu as these places will be closer to the reception venue at the Halekulani Hotel where we will be spending most of our time at. There are also more affordable options in these areas. Please see the "Hotels" tab for a list of hotels that might fit your budget.

Where is your wedding gift registry?

Answer

While we do not have a wedding gift registry, we do have a Honeymoon and First Home Fund which you can find at the "Registry" tab. This is not required whatsoever but would be highly appreciated! Just you accepting our invitation and being able to make time for our special day is enough of a gift for us.

Where should I attend worship service?

Answer

Although the wedding ceremony will be in the local congregation of Wahiawā, it will be more convenient for you to attend closer to your hotel. If you are staying in the Waikiki or Honolulu areas, you can attend in the local congregation of Honolulu if you want to attend in a house of worship. Will there be transportation to the chapel and reception venue?

Answer

There will not be dedicated transportation to the chapel and reception venue. There is ample parking at the chapel but parking might be limited at the hotel. If you are concerned about parking, you can consider carpooling with other wedding guests.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Because of the seating capacity and budget, please only bring a plus one if we have exclusively given you the option.

Where do we park for the reception?

Answer

The Halekulani Hotel shares a parking garage across the street with its sister hotel, Halepuna. Once you get to the Halekulani Hotel, the garage entrance is located a little further down Kālia Road and will be on your left.

Will we need a rental car?

Answer

We highly suggest getting a rental car to make the most of your time. We suggest getting a rental car at one of the car rental companies located at the Honolulu airport such as Hertz, Avis, Budget, Dollar Car Rentals, and more. Make sure that when you do your research it is located at the airport. We promise this will make your experience smoother and easier!
