We enjoyed a delightful morning aboard the Royal Gorge Route Railroad, taking in the stunning scenery of Canon City, Colorado. Following this, Asael had arranged a visit to the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, where we were greeted by breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and the invigorating crisp air. During our time there, Asael shared his thoughts on our future together and the significance of our faith. He then knelt down and asked, "Will you marry me?" to which I joyfully responded, "YES, YES, YES!" Overwhelmed with joy, we embraced each other, surrounded by the majestic red rock formations that seemed to celebrate our engagement alongside us. It was a moment that felt both timeless and magical, as if nature itself had conspired to create the perfect backdrop for this pivotal point in our lives. Afterwards, we strolled hand-in-hand, basking in the glow of our newfound commitment. Every step felt like a promise of the adventures and happiness yet to come. We paused occasionally to admire the breathtaking views and capture a few photos, each snapshot a testament to our love and the unforgettable day we shared. As the sun began to set, painting the sky with hues of pink and gold, we made our way back, our hearts full and our spirits high. It was a day we would cherish forever, a beautiful beginning to the next chapter of our lives together.
