The Roundhouse Restaurant has been serving up memorable meals, soul-warming drinks, and stunning views since 1939. If you aren't skiing, you can purchase a "walking ski pass" (~$35) and go up for drinks. Lunch and dinner are reservation-only via Opentable.com.
