Will there be shuttle service to the wedding venue (Sun Valley Clubhouse)?

Answer

Shuttles will start running at 5.30p and run continuously through the evening. There will be 4 stops: #1 - Limelight Hotel #2 - Tamarack Lodge #3 - Hotel Ketchum #4 - Baldy Bus Loop (near Sun Valley Lodge)

Are there COVID-19 protocols?

Answer

For the safety of our friends, family, event staff, and everyone in between, we will require that all guests submit a negative COVID rapid test within 24 hours of the first event (Welcome Reception on 3/3/22).

DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to the wedding but you may still want to rent a car to be able to hop around town and beyond to different local sites. Note that Ubers & taxis are limited but Sun Valley does have a free shuttle program. - https://www.sunvalley.com/getting-here-around/

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this event is "big kids" only.

What if I'm not a skiier/snowboarder? Will I have anything to do?

Answer

There is plenty to do in Sun Valley if you aren't planning to hop on the slopes. Check out the "Things to Do" tab for ideas from spa to hot springs to snowmobiling.

Should I expect elevation in Sun Valley?

Answer

Sun Valley sits at 5,945′ elevation — that's more than 5,600' higher than Chicago or LA. Bring Advil, remember to drink plenty of water, and note that you'll feel alcoholic beverages twice as fast!
