How do I get to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 3:30, please plan to be parked by 3:15 as it is a 5-minute walk from the parking lot to the shrine. NOTE: this walk is largely uphill, so if you are unable or don’t want to walk, please get dropped off at the upper parking lot. NOTE: if you need a handicapped ramp, please see diagram for second drop-off location! Please try to get there early, as this is where the wedding party will be gathering prior to the ceremony. After the ceremony ends, please head back to your hotel or Bryce Resort (AirBnB folks) to wait for shuttle pickup!

How do I get to the reception from the hotels?
Answer
There is shuttle that will be making two trips from the three hotels to the reception parking lot. If you are taking a shuttle from the hotel, please see below for the pickup schedule: Pick up #1 o Hampton Inn & Suites – 4:45 PM & 5:35 PM o Holiday Inn – 4:50 PM & 5:40 PM o Comfort Inn – 4:55 PM & 5:45 PM Pick up #2 o Hampton Inn & Suites –5:35 PM o Holiday Inn –5:40 PM o Comfort Inn –5:45 PM NOTE: All of the hotels are next to each other, so if you miss your shuttle you can either walk to the next pickup spot or wait for the next shuttle. If you miss the shuttle entirely and would like to be there before cocktail hour is almost over, please try ordering an uber / taxi, or jumping in the car with someone headed to the property!

How do I get to the reception from my AirBnB
Answer
If you are staying at an AirBnB for the weekend there will be a shuttle picking you up at the Bryce Resort parking lot (1982 Fairway Dr, Basye, VA 22810). The shuttle will be making two trips at 4:45 PM and 5:45 PM. NOTE: The parking lot is unmarked, so you should be able to leave your car there overnight if needed. The Bryce shuttle will drop back off here.

How do I park for the reception?
Answer
IMPORTANT: If you have told us you are parking, the parking lot is the first right turn after the cabin! There will be parking on the right side of the lot, but PLEASE do not park in the bus turnaround lane. Our day of coordinator’s assistant will be there to help direct. NOTE: If you are driving someone who is handicapped, please plan to drop them off in the driveway and park your car in the parking lot (if possible). There is very limited parking on the property and it is mostly taken by our vendors. NOTE: Please feel free to leave your car in the parking lot if you drive to the property but would prefer to take the shuttle home! Please just pick it up on Sunday morning.

How do I get from the parking lot to the reception?
Answer
There will be two vans shuttling people down to the property from the parking lot every 2-3 minutes, please wait here and do not attempt to walk to the property! There will be shuttles back to the hotels & Bryce departing from the parking lot at 9 PM, 10 PM, 11 PM, and 12 PM. These will be announced during the wedding. IMPORTANT: If you find yourself in need of a ride and can’t get a taxi, we have a local gentleman home for break that is lined up to drive people but please have cash to pay him. Will update this with his information.
