SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Two 24 passenger vans will be running from the hotels, condos and cabinets listed on our travel page. PLEASE NOTE the times listed below are DEPARTURE times and vans cannot wait because they are on a tight schedule. Also, anyone staying at the Ridgeline please note some guests will have to take the first shuttle to ensure there is enough room for all guests. Flight

DIA (Denver International Airport)

Colorado has many small airports but DIA is the easiest one to get a direct flight from the East or West! Wherever you are coming from we recommend coming into DIA and taking the shuttle or a car to any of the suggested hotels. DIA is only an hour and half away!

Shuttle from Denver International Airport to Estes Park

If you rather put your feet up and enjoy a ride from Denver International Airport to Estes then we suggest reserving a spot with the Estes Park Shuttle company. They make 4 trips a day and it's $65 one way or $115 for a round trip. They suggest reserving your seat on their website which is linked below. *One note: there are only a few Lyft's in Estes Park and if you want to take any day trips you may have to catch a ride with a friend or reserve a ride with Explore Estes a privet Estes Park ride service.

The Ridgeline Hotel-Estes Park, Ascend Hotel Collection

Another great hotel option is the Redeline hotel. It just went through a major renovation so it should be all up to date and very modern. This resonably priced hotel is located right along the main road to come into town. It is a 12 minute drive to the venue and Bonus: the west wing allows pets!

Estes Park Condos

If you are looking for a bit more room because you are traveling with loved ones the Estes Park Condos have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms condos. This option is only a 5 minute drive to the venue and 7 minute drive from down town.

The Estes Park Resort

The Estes Park Resort sits right along the shores of Lake Estes. No matter which room you get you will have a nice view of the lake and/or mountains. It is a great option for a hotel since it is only 14 minutes away from the venue and 6 minute drive to downtown. The link below will take you to our block of rooms!

McGregor Mountain Lodge

This is the most rustic option we suggest checking out. The cabins are super clean and super cute. We have personally stayed here and loved the atmosphere with real wood burning fireplaces and big horn sheep walking by some mornings. These cabins are only 4 minutes from the venue and 7 minutes from down town.

Larger Vans and Buses from Denver International Airport to Estes Park
