Welcome to Estes Park. A beautiful Colorado town where we plan on getting married. We can't wait until Saturday to see you so join us the night before for some pre-celebration drinks! There will be a cash bar at this event.
This event's dress code is casual attire and will take place indoors. Do remember the sun has already set by 8pm and CO nights get cold. Don't forget a jacket and hat for your walk to your car!

This events attire is between cocktail and formal. Suits for men and dresses for women is suggested.
Hot drinks, warm blankets, cushions and umbrellas will be at the ceremony. We plan on doing it outdoors snow or shine so don't forget your warm jackets. Cocktails and appetizers to follow. We can't wait to see you! SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Two 24 passenger vans will be running from the hotels, condos and cabinets listed on our travel page. PLEASE NOTE the times listed below are DEPARTURE times and vans cannot wait because they are on a tight schedule. Also, anyone staying at the Ridgeline please note some guests will have to take the first shuttle to ensure there is enough room for all guests. Cocktail Hour

Cocktail hour will take place right up a hill from the ceremony space and will mainly be inside. If you prefer to stay outside there is a beautiful patio with incredible views and firepits right in front of the cocktail space. It's a great photo op spot! Well get this party started with some appetizers and drinks! ***PLEASE BRING YOUR ID IF YOU PLAN ON DRINKING. THE BARTENDERS WILL BE CHECKING IDs.

Time to celebrate! Let's get the night going with some great food and amazing dance moves. ***PLEASE BRING YOUR ID IF YOU PLAN ON DRINKING. THE BARTENDERS WILL BE CHECKING IDs. Shuttle Schedule: Two 24 passenger vans will be running from 8:30 to 12:00 PM. You can find them outside the reception area (where they dropped you off) and you can let the driver know where you would like to go (within Estes Park city limits). If it is later in the night you may need to wait a few minutes while the vans wait for multiple guest to get on so we can ensure all guests get home safely! PLEASE NOTE: If you drove to the wedding you can leave your car overnight in the parking lot and take the shuttle home. Our venue asks that you please get your car in the morning.
