What if I can't be at the wedding but want to watch from afar? Que tal no puedo asistir al matrimonio pero quiero mirarlo desde lejos?

Answer

The church where we're getting married will have a livestream of our ceremony at 3:00 p.m. Central time. Will we be required to wear masks? ¿Todos se usarán máscarillas?

Answer

Lake County (where the wedding is) issued an order for people to wear masks in enclosed public places, especially when socially distancing can’t be adhered to. We’re asking all guests to wear a mask during the ceremony and at the reception except when eating. We will provide a disposal surgical mask for guests to wear. Feel free to bring and wear your own. Answer

We will be working with the hall to seat people accounting for social distancing. We will aim to have tables of no more than 6 people with the exception of families or others who have been exposed to each other. We will have increased space between tables. We will also have people seated at least 6 feet apart from each other at the church. We will have hand sanitizer at every table at the reception. We understand anyone who has concerns and doesn’t feel comfortable attending. We respect your decision and we know it doesn’t reflect on your support and love for us! What if I want to come but I don’t want to interact with people outside of those I came with? ¿Que tal si quiero asistir, pero no me siento cómodo interactuar con la gente más que los con quienes vine?

Answer

We will have a wristband system to help people communicate their boundaries. Those wearing red wristbands do not feel comfortable interacting with anyone outside their immediate party. They do not want to hug or shake hands. Yellow wristbands are open to communicating, but prefer you to maintain a distance of 6 feet and be wearing a mask. Those in green wristbands are open to communicating and giving a hug. Tendremos un sistema de pulsera para ayudar a las personas a comunicar sus límites. There will be about an hour between the ceremony and cocktail hour. The grounds of the shrine where we're getting married is beautiful (it even has grottos you can explore)! Explore there, head over to Wicker Park where the reception will be held or stop by Sip Coffee House (2815 Jewett Ave, Highland, IN 46322). Habrá una hora entre la ceremonia y el cóctel. Answer

When you RSVP, let us know if you have an allergy. We can inform the venue and they can prepare a dish accordingly. Cuando respondas a la invitacion, avísanos si tiene cualquier alergia alimenticia para poder tenerte un plato apropiado.

Being that Clare is moving to Chile, we aren’t registering for home goods. Money or donations to our cash funds on this website are most helpful to us.
