Is there a shuttle from the White Bear Best Western?

Answer

Yes, the shuttle will be leaving about 4:20pm and returning at 10pm and/or 11:30pm. Please RSVP in your invite for the shuttle if you would like to take the shuttle there and back to the hotel.

There will be both gluten free and vegetarian options available, please let us know if you have other dietary restrictions so we can try to accommodate your needs.

Parking?

If you’re driving directly to the venue (23183 Meadowbrook Avenue North, Scandia, MN 55073): Parking at the venue is limited and reserved primarily for older adults. If you’re able, please follow the signs from the venue to the nearby parking lot Bone Lake (11770 238th St N, Scandia MN). A bus will be running from the lot to the venue and back. If you’re parking in the Bone Lake lot, please plan to arrive by 4:50pm at the latest so the bus can get you to the venue in time for the 5:00 PM ceremony start.

Shuttle?

Answer

There is a shuttle from the Best Western in White Bear Lake (4940 U.S. 61, White Bear Lake, MN 55110) to the reception venue available. If you plan to take the bus, please be ready to be picked up outside the hotel lobby by 4:15 PM. Return shuttles are scheduled for 10:00 PM and 11:30 PM. The bus may also be available to depart from the reception venue at other times upon request.
