While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only celebration.
The elevation in Park City is about 7,000 ft, and higher at Empire Canyon Lodge. The altitude has a way of making drinks feel a little stronger and hydration extra important. You might notice alcohol hitting faster than usual and thirst sneaking up on you.
Please be aware that Utah enforces lower blood-alcohol limits than the rest of the country and strong penalties for impaired driving. If you plan to enjoy the festivities, we encourage you to use our shuttles, rideshares, or local transit rather than driving after drinking. Additionally, bars are required to ID everyone upon entrance. People under 21 or without IDs are not allowed to enter. This rule applies at some restaurants that serve alcohol as well. Liquor stores are state run and will be closed on Saturday (7/4) and Sunday (7/5).
Park City has a free public transportation service called High Valley Transit. They have bus services around Deer Valley, Main Street, and other common areas. If you are looking for transportation off of their designated routes, you can request a free shuttle through their app (essentially like a rideshare but free). Visit www.hvtutah.gov for more information.
