Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Black-tie optional. Ceremony will take place outdoors. The aisle and seating area are on natural terrain; we recommend wearing appropriate footwear.

Transportation & Parking: There is no parking available at Empire Canyon Lodge. Guests must arrive via shuttle or rideshare. Shuttles to the ceremony will depart from The Lodges at Deer Valley (2900 Deer Valley Drive East) beginning at 4PM. For guests not staying at The Lodges, parking is available in the lot located across from The Lodges (off Deer Valley Drive East and Doe Pass Road). From there, guests can walk to the shuttle pickup location or use rideshare to access Empire Canyon Lodge. Arrival Time: Ceremony access is by chairlift. If you are not using the shuttle service, please arrive no later than 4:45PM.

Oakley Rodeo

Completely optional: Join us at the 2026 Oakley Independence Day Rodeo to keep the celebration going! For guests staying in Park City without a vehicle, rideshare is recommended for transportation to the rodeo. Shuttles will be provided following the rodeo for guests returning to Park City lodging.
